SOME THINGS TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION
— The molding process may damage the sculpture, especially fragile parts. Dedham Pond Designs will be careful with your piece being molded but can’t guarantee the piece will remain intact. The first casting, which will be the sharpest to come from the mold, will be set aside as a mold master.
— Customers must provide sculptures that are already well prepped, cut into parts and keyed for proper fit.
— Dedham Pond does not accept R- or X-rated “adult” subjects, including nudity or excessive gore. We reserve the right to reject projects at our discretion.
— Dedham Pond Designs maintains an online profile that includes a list of customers and/or projects, including photos of castings and graphic designs, after those materials have been made available to the general public. If you object to being included in that list, please let Todd know.
— Dedham Pond Designs offers no guarantee your product will be profitable.
— Clients pay all shipping costs and other expenses for services they request.
— Molds and castings remain the property of Dedham Pond Designs until full payment is received, then they become the property of the customer.
— Dedham Pond Designs condemns recasting and will reject questionable projects.
— Dedham Pond can handle sales and distribution of kits for an additional fee, if desired. Otherwise, castings will be shipped in bulk to customers.
